This week we are supporting Children's Mental Health Week. With current restrictions in place, this has an impact on adults but children also. Some of the things we do to support children are-
Healthy eating - Providing healthy, nutritious meals and snacks is very important. We also support children, from planting the seeds to growing fruit and vegetables, picking them, preparing them, and cooking with them.
Outdoor play - We ensure the children have regular exercise and outdoor play, in all weathers.
Creative play - This can be dance, music, and art.
